Stop using starship

It's just too slow on some machines, especially with a bunch of plugins. See starship/starship/issues/301.

Possible replacements:

• Powerlevel 10k
• Using git status with a completely custom prompt
• Some other solution

Powerlevel 10k is very ugly. Figuring out how to use gitstatus will be a lot of work.
