Add menu for disconnect, preferences to Console activity #8

The Console needs a menu that pops up to allow a user to Disconnect or edit
Preferences for the current host.

added disconnect to the menu, should be easy enough to add an intent to throw 
over to
host editor.

adding a shortcut into the settings for a host while its alive might lead users 
to
think they could change the settings /while/ the terminal is alive.

sadly, those changes wont take effect until the next connect.

we have a disconnect button, and i think thats good enough for now.  the "edit 
host"
is in the context menu on main page.
