Moved addition installation steps under "Installation" #24

I agree with @atleta (see https://github.com/ankurk91/vue-bootstrap-datetimepicker/issues/13#issuecomment-333124592) that the current installation manual is a bit confusing; there were two installation parts.

So moved them together.
