Fan do nothing in Heat or Cooling Mode #16

Hello, the Fan does not work in Heat or Cooling Mode. It only works, if the Heat or Cooling Mode ist turned OFF. Please Fix It! The Plugin is Unusable

Thats my Own solution to this Problem. It is running perfectly!
