Hub Server does not check efficiently the published feed. Can't get near instant notification. #146

I am using  PubSubHubBub protocol and  hub server 
(https://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com) for six month. 
I am updating the the published feed very frequently(4 times in one minute) but 
hub server checks my feed in 5 or 10 minutes. (very late) Sometimes it does not 
check the published feed. The problem has started to occur during last month 
and it still continues. 
What can be the problem? How can I solve it.?

Sorry for the delay. Are you still seeing the problem? Would you try using 
another hub like https://pubsubhubbub.superfeedr.com to see if the problem is 
related to any specific hub?
