Protocol: atom:author in example

SUMMARY:

atom:entry contained example feeds does not have required atom:author.

RELEVANT SECTION:  4, 7.4, possibly 5

COMMENT/REQUEST:

Section 4.1.2 of RFC4287 says

>  o  atom:entry elements MUST contain one or more atom:author elements,
>     unless the atom:entry contains an atom:source element that
>     contains an atom:author element or, in an Atom Feed Document, the
>     atom:feed element contains an atom:author element itself.

Examples should conform to this requirement.

Obviously, atom:author of atom:entry/atom:source in the aggregated feed shoud 
respect the one of originated atom:entry/atom:feed.
