A-B repeat really starts 2-3 seconds before the start mark (Cmd-[) #227

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Cmd-[ at 10th second of a video
2. Press Cmd-] at 15th second.

The marked fragment should restart exactly at 10th second, but it starts from 
the 8th second.

Version 0.6.8, MacOS X
