Requst: User defined default size of subtitles. #296

I find the 20.0 pt default size of subtitles to be too large, so in my case the 
size must be adjusted to 18.0 pt when a file is loaded.

It would be nice if the default subtitles size could be determined by a user 
defined preference setting, not unlike the "User Size" video setting.

BTW, it would also be nice if one could choose to position the control bar at 
either the top or the bottom of the screen (perhaps via drag and drop).
