tooltips #7

I've been having a tough time getting tooltips for the buttons to show up. If anyone knows how to do this please help me out.

I usually scroll down a bit and then they reappear

U actually get little popups explaining the buttons if you hover over em? I get nothing

i figured it out and tooltips will be in the next release.
