Add stats functions in timeserie type #98

97 is introducing a timeserie type, opaque for now. We should have functions to extract typical control inputs from these timeseries,

including:

pure heartbeats (time based, not taking into account event values)
weighted heartbeats (use event value in denominator)
median
average
