Weather functionality does not contain information about wind speeds (endangering users' lives) #64

Earlier today I asked an instance of this bot about the weather in Glasgow. It said:

+happy0 | !w glasgow
+dazzle | Weather in Glasgow, GB: light rain - temperature: 8.31?C

This made it seem as though it would be a reasonable time to go out and get lunch. However, when I looked out my window the 'light rain' was blowing horizontally very quickly, as a nearby crane shook precariously. It would've been very unpleasant indeed for go to a walk - perhaps dangerous!

Defect : Bot endangers user's life by neglecting to warn them about horrendous wind speeds, violating the Three Laws of Robotics (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Laws_of_Robotics).

The bot should also indicate the wind speeds in the area (the wind speed is 55MPH at the moment, for example.)

@x89 Are you still around? Any idea why importing fails?

Is this by any change related to HTTPS? Reddit started supporting HTTPS on the September of 2014 and as far as I'm aware only secure connections are allowed now.

I should ban you for trying to get support for an unofficial, unsupported fork with, quite frankly, evil intentions!
