Pull stats from overbuff (https://www.overbuff.com/players/pc/Raziel-2190 for example)
Alternatively, straight from Battle.net
Provide name + number the first time
Bot will remember name + number so you only need to provide name the second time
If no name is given, default to what the user asked for last time?

Need to figure out if overbuff/battle.net have a proper API. Do we need an account? API key?

EDIT: ugh it's pretty limited as far as i can see
