Upgrade to Laravel 6.x

Hey @ninetyone what changes does Laravel 6 need for this package to work? From a quick look it seems like you're adding timestamps.

Hey, raised this by mistake. This pkg is already compaitble with Laravel6. I had a forked version of this, which wasn't, where I had added timestamps.
