1. Open http://html5advent2011.digitpaint.nl/3/index.html in CEFclient
2. Hover mouse on "Custom cursor"

The problem doesn't reproduce for me using 3.2171.1884. Please test with newer 
builds from http://cefbuilds.com before reporting new issues.
