labeling issues #13

Using the GUI to generate tomos has a problem with the labeling file.

The labeling tag is always 1 for all structures inside the file and the location of structures exceeds the set size of tomo so if i choose a voxel size of 400, many locations (x,y,z) are exceeding this location.

Sorry for the late answer. We have been working on fixing some bugs in the Jupyter notebooks. Do you have this probelm still?
