🚀 [Feature Request] - Want to add left to right animated underline

The current hover effect only give the normal underline effect on the footer content, I want to add left to right animation underline hover over thier. Also the social icon scale to much when we hover over it

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1. Step 1 user After properties of css
2. Step 2 Add animated underline
3. Step 3 Edit the scale properties of the icons
