Description of Changes

I've made the changed the pre-loader theme for the darkmode and mentor dashboard, I still need to test user login page on the dashboard.

Added code for initialising theme according to user on pre-load
Fixed dashboard (Mentor)
Need to test user dashboard

Looks cool!... I see dashboard is not ready so are you planning to make it in next PRs? as mentor profile , session booking page also need dark mode fixes!
