🚀 [Feature Request] - Implementing Hover functionality for all the categories such as featured internships

Enhancement of UI and UX experience for users. Currently , user can not distinguish between what he clicked and what he didnt. So with the hover functionality it will give user a better experience

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1. Step 1 : I would add hover effects for the categories
2. Step 2 : I would add transition effects
