Theme not working properly - Ubuntu 17.04

Here's a screenshot of the problem, theme does not apply correctly. I'm on Ubuntu 17.04 with Unity 7 (not 8)

Checkout the https://github.com/anmoljagetia/Flatabulous/tree/gtk-320 branch, although the branch is a bit out-dated, but is viable in my 17.04.

Found a similar working one for me which is compatible with gtk 3.22 before this repo get updated for 16.10 and higher. Checkout arc-flatabulous-theme
