Fix SVGs to remove extraneous paths #9

Update all SVG to only include the strokes/paths actually on the canvas
Fix 0048, 0049, 0057, 0059, 0222 by separating independent strokes, especially when those strokes were joined to extraneous strokes
Format SVG code for easier reading

This will partially fix issue #8, though it won't fix the underlying code to generate the SVGs because I didn't look at that code at all. I just fixed the SVGs themselves.
