Set up AWS Root account with IAMaccounts for everyone #15

Set up an invoiroment in AWS to host our domain and database. instead of using AWS authentication we are doing it using Auth0 since groupmember knows that one better and that will save us time.

This issue is planned for an early sprint since it is easier to do "alone", hence during christmas
