Support on iOS for arm64 #542

Announced with the iPhone 5s.  Not a lot of details yet, Apple has some docs 
that talk about different calling conventions between variadic prototypes vs. 
fixed list.

I have tested this support on a small variety of crashes generated from a test 
app running on an iPhone5S. It is likely that as teams start using this 
support, corner cases will be shaken out.
