MsAccess MEMO type field in data table not supported #127

Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Create a table in MsAccess containing a MEMO type field
2. Do sync with any target repository containing compatible schema

Problem: Sync fail with exception
"org.hibernate.MappingException: No Dialect mapping for JDBC type: -1"
