4 months ago - [ ] Header- previous packages used note is commented out for now- could delete for redundancy but it does provide more description about how packages are used. Also another idea - within the packages used sections, there could be a note for packages which you do not need to library call as only :: is used to pull functions, but should still have installed beforehand.
- [ ] 8.1.1 I happened upon this while looking for more about what happened with the case, it could just be an interesting footnote
- [ ] 8.1.2 Could have a brief intro/ note about iris coming from R base/built in datasets and querying ?iris before using iris dataset (though some will already be familiar)
- [ ] 8.5 overall and stratified could become either third level headers or a tabset or stay bolded (apply same to 8.6, 8.7, 8.8)
- [ ] 8.5 once section added, resolve reference format and link to @sec-general-F, from 10 model building - 10.2 Simultaneous test of multiple variables (PMA6 9.5)
- [ ] 8.8 addhealth should be mentioned in header datasets
- [ ] 8.8 i thought 'investigate' with an orange caution callout fit the question above the compared models, but it could also be a green 'tip' callout to be congruent with examples / research questions from prev chapters
