If no refArea is entered in the URI, the plot & summary outputs data of Namibia ('NA') because SPARQL query gets filter "FILTER ($refArea = 'NA')" -> e.g. worldbank:SL.TLF.TOTL.FE.IN//2009

If there is no reference area in the URI, then the URI pattern is not intended for groupedbar, therefore, it shouldn't proceed in that direction.
