Add more explanatory info

It would be good to include additional information for the users about what the morphospace is:

• what the PCAs represent and
• how the bill data was collected & processed.

Do you have a useful source of such info you could point me to? Something more concise and written for lay people would be preferable if available.

Could include as information ℹ️ pop up panels (using modalDialog)
