Change relation types to simple strings #20

The new Web Linking spec (http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-nottingham-http-link-
header-10) is now in Last Call (meaning, pretty much done except for typos).
It
provides for simple way to register new relation types that are not URIs by
sending an email referencing an Internet-Draft document (such as the Magic
Signatures or Salmon documents).

This lets us use short names like "salmon" instead of long URIs like
"http://salmon-protocol.org/ns/salmon", which is more readable, easier to
translate to JSON, and saves space.

Therefore, in the final draft, I plan to change link relations to short-form
(e.g., "salmon") instead of long URIs, while also defining the long URIs in
case
they're used in contexts that actually require URIs (for some reason).

Please add to this issue if you see any problems with this.

I think this sounds like a good move.
