In section 7. Salmon Verification Requirements
Consider changing the "Error if provided:"
text to "Error code (if provided):".

On first reading, it wasn't clear to me that the "if provided" text
was referring to the error code, and not something mentioned previously
in the current item.

Optionally adjust the formatting to separate the line item
from the "Error" and "Note" sections.

Done (the "(if provided)" text.  The formatting it a bit more difficult as this 
is a 
list, but I'll read through it after making the other changes to see if it 
needs more 
tweaks.
