Update example_wrath_slurm_array.sh so that it runs on entire chromosomes (removed start ends) #10

Probably makes sense to have the example array script as running on entire chromosomes rather than the same region in each chrosome. Also added a line to produce the chromosome name list file, that then can be used as the array input.
