Grip bar does not line up with column edge

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Happens on any grid, including the ones on the example page

What is the expected output?
Vertical line to grip for column resize should line up with the edge of the 
cell being resized. 

What do you see instead?
the farther you go to the right in your grid(gets worse the more columns you 
have) the farther to the right of the cell edge the grip bar becomes available.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flexigrid 1.1  Jquery 1.6.1 IE8.0

For me, it is always off with IE8, but also off in Chrome/Firefox if the grid 
loaded when the page is zoomed in (if zoomed in after load, the bars line up 
still).
