Close summary in IE7 #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In IE7, clic on a cell to display the summary
2. try to close the cell by clicking the red "x"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the cell close and reopen immediatly while we expect the cell to close.
