[x] build shortcut for my laptop ("if resolution matches mine, skip setup")
[ ] shortcut for another standard laptop resolution so others (Anne?) can skip too?

I haven't managed to skip the screen setup routines yet because all of the issues with grating size/position depend on the screen scaling variables. I thought I'd figure that out first before skipping the setup, to see if the gratings would even work out this way or not.
