alternatively/additionally, add EMA of mindwandering on a different day or survey measures of procrastination etc, to cover ecological validity at various timescales (CO2 discussion based on https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-10301-1) or behaviours like switching between videos to avoid boredom (https://osf.io/preprints/psyarxiv/n4qeg)
