MkDocs Server not Rendering Page Title

Description

File with this frontmatter not producing an HTML Page Title. All other identically formatted files, rendering as expected.

Frontmatter:

---
title: some-title
---

Try - Typo?

Paste contents to testfile and sequentially remove bits to see if prob lies in content.

Result

An md file with a line beginning with either of these strings will cause the Title not to be rendered on resulting HTML:
