[SCAN] Issues on titles with a number at the start

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Issue with previously working film (500) Days Of Summer (2009)

Tried renaming file and nfo but still resolves incorrectly.

filename: 500dos.720p.x264.mkv
nfo: 500dos.720p.x264.nfo

imdb: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1022603/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should resolve to (500) Days Of Summer.
Now resolves to TV Series Darker than Black

Looks to me like it's using the foldername to assume it's a TV show rather than 
the imdb link in the nfo?
Folder name (created by previous catalog scan):(500) Days Of Summer (2009)
