[SCAN] Allow filename to determine episode title over TVDB in certain cases #484

In certain series (Firefly and Batman The Animated Series spring to mind - I
think 'Crusade' would have similar issues.) The scanned order of TV episodes is
wrong.

It would be nice to have an option, much as we have the 'ignore' pattern option
in scanning settings at the moment, to set a pattern of files or folders where
we want to use the portion after the season / episode as the episode title
instead of rely on the TVDB data. For example...

Batman The Animated Series S01E01 - On Leather Wings.avi

Would be shown as

'On Leather Wings'

Some manual override would be useful as a fail-safe. Probably at the folder
level.

Also note that tvdb now show multiple orders..
http://thetvdb.com/index.php?tab=season&seriesid=76168&seasonid=9798&lid=7&order
=dvd

http://thetvdb.com/index.php?tab=season&seriesid=78874&seasonid=15791&lid=7&orde
r=dvd

So we could also make Oversight use dvd-order if the name does not look like a
dvdrip (no hdtv etc) or if the series was screen before a certain year ? (in
which case it's unlikely to be TV rips?)

Say anything before 2003 (just to get firefly in there)

Then if the result is still wrong have some kind of manual override as
suggested?
(eg put 'dvd' in the folder name)

Manual override would be nicer if it was in a folder level nfo file rather than
changing the name, but any ise easy I guess.
