Turkish beyazperde not getting correct images + othe poster scan changes

Sometimes main poster is GIF! Switch to another site.

Noticed the Beyazperde posters have format http:/..../ID-.....(jpg|gif)

So added {ID} place holder in regex list.

Also regarding scan poster if title changed :
the title test was initially against the title from tmdb. This is often not 
localised,
so if this option is set, always scrape the title from local pages , and then 
decide whether to scrape the poster.
