Russian TV shows aren't recognized at all if files are named in Russian. #561

Report:

For example:
Ликвидация.S01E01.avi
Ликвидация.S01E02.avi
etc.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1048097/
http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=111571&lid=22

Files named in translit like Likvidatsiya.S01E01.avi are recognized and get 
info/images properly but the year is missed (shows 1900).

Seems to be a bug at the tvdb - wait for response
