after unpacking move to TV folder fails error message Operation not permitted

oversights scripts unpacks and then tries to move it from complete to TV
but then the following error appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This is usually a permission issue when nzbget is restarted via the GUI. There 
is a bug with nzbget gui restart it as the root user. then if the box is 
rebooted it continues as nmt user and fails ? You cause might be something else 
though.

I'd raise with hugnug or Ger to get the root startup fixed.

rebooted box + restart of nzbget with nmt installer and it fixed the problem
