XML NFO - Cope with BOM Signature #578

"Note that if you want to use non-Latin characters you should save your file in 
utf8 encoding without BOM signature so you should use text editors like 
notepad2 or notepad++ but not Windows Notepad which always adds BOM signature 
to ut8 files. Currently Oversight does not process utf8 BOM signature - it 
simply ignores all info in such files except imdb ID."
