For "Band of Brother" mini-series "play" links are displayed instead of episode 
numbers. Also episode plots are not displayed. In r1496 episode numbers and 
plots are displayed OK. This issue does not depend on locale.

Fixed r1892 - Added 'E0n' to mini-series scan patterns.
