Not working after reboot #658

Just upgraded from r2006 to r2185 on an A100 and did a full rescan. This 
version stops working if I reboot the unit (Requested file not exist! (404 Not 
Found)). I tried reinstalling it from CSI to no avail. I also reinstalled NMT 
apps. FTP server starts ok. Telnet installed.

It works only after restarting ftp server
