No covers for non-imdb tv shows #664

r2278 doesn't download cover images if TV Series do not have IMDB id.
For example "Фиксики" - thetvdb:244021, I can find banners in _b 
directory with format ovs_[ovsid].jpg, but no covers in _J. As I understand 
filename format of covers changed to ovs_imdb_[imdbid]_[season#].jpg.
