Thanks for the bug report.

However, this is a constraint of the tP (as mentioned in the project website below), and is also a key criteria of the target audience, which explains why it should be included in the DG.

Reason for disagreement: I think that the other requirement 'comfortable with CLI application' would already encapsulate the requirements and hence having only a target audience who can type very quickly and accurately may not be necessary.
