Unable to add operational item #8

I am unable to add an operational item because it has the same name as a retail item

Team's Response

It's clearly specified in the UG that you cannot add another item using the same name as an existing item in the inventory. This is irrespective of item type (operational or retail).

High severity is therefore unjustified here. I will reduce the severity level to Low.
