When you choose to re-edit the PR title from the summary page, you get the question "How do you want to set the pull request title?".
This question is really nice to get the first time, but I think that when you edit the title again, you just wat to get the prompt, instead of a question.
My typical use case:
pr-cli p
Select commits
How do you want to set the pull request title? --> Pick a commit
Re-edit the title to add a ticket/story number in front of the title
