Currently, if (for example), the platform version is updated through normal OS upgrades, and AURA itself is rebuilt, AURA gives a fairly unhelpful error saying that the expected version doesn't match.
It would be better to prompt the user to have the AURA cli update that (along with a more descriptive message explaining the situation)
