parameter and gradient plots missing for certain failed runs. #47

If a NONMEM run terminates abnormally, it may list NUMSIGDIG after PARAMETER 
and GRADIENT blocks in the Iterations section of the output file.  PLOTR, which 
normally produces parameter and gradient plots from the output file, does not 
support this case.  The relevant code is in iterations <-.
