Update FileDBModels and FileDBSerializer, Use IslandTemplate FileDBModel #71

Update FileDBReader and FileDBSerializer to 2.4.1 (new Interpreter and Exporter handling)
Update FileDBModels to 0.3 (now with IslandTemplate Model)
FixedIslandRepository uses IslandTemplate FileDBModel for loading instead of directly accessing the tags and attribs. Also added some null field/error handling, because the old code just expected the tags and attribs to be properly formed.

Drafted, because I was informed I might have been too hasty to update FileDBSerializer and FileDBReader.

FileDBSerialzier v2.4.1 seems to work fine according to my testing (at least for these models). Thus I declare ~~this bazaar open~~ the PR ready for review.
