problem with anno 1800 v9.2 #230

hi im facing problems with anno 1800 v9.2 everything working well in the application but when I start the game there is no mod loaded nothing ! i don't see any errors any crashes ! nothing its just not loading any mods may I ask is it issue with my game ? as its not original
